OXYGEN RECORDS ITS BEST FEBRUARY EVER AMONG ALL KEY DEMOS

Network on Pace for Best Quarter to Date

New York, March 2, 2010 Continuing its record-setting ratings success, Oxygen earned its best February viewership in the network's history in all key demos in prime, according to Nielsen Media Research. The network is on pace for its best quarter ever among A18-34, W18-34, A18-49, W18-49 and total viewers.

Across Prime, in February 2010, Oxygen's viewership increased from February 2009 among all key demos, highlighted by its total viewers (up +12%). This comes on the heels of Oxygen's best month ever in January 2010. Combined with last month's record-breaking numbers, Oxygen's February performance across prime puts the network on pace for the best quarter ever.

Proving social media can drive ratings, Oxygen's groundbreaking new social experience, www.OxygenLive.com, which provides fans with a real time interactive way to watch original series, has garnered a spectacular + 292 % increase in unique visitation since premiere week. First launched on the East Coast, www.OxygenLive.com helped drive ratings up +89% vs. the prior season in East Coast markets. After five episodes, the network launched OxygenLive West and grew West Coast ratings from +14% year over year to +73%, among A18-49. Those results have powered Oxygen to beat broadcast networks in key demos for "Bad Girls Club" premieres. It's also driven web traffic with the Bad Girls site ranking among the top five cable show sites, finishing #2 last week.

Driving February's record numbers is "Bad Girls Club" season four with recent episodes breaking the two million mark -- the most in the network's history. Compared to the average of the first 11 episodes of "Bad Girls Club" season three, season four skyrocketed with increases up +73%, A18-49; +77%, W18-49; +69%, W18-34, +65%, A18-34; and +82%, total viewers (year over year). The top two "Bad Girls Club" telecasts in Oxygen's network history among A18-49, A18-34, total viewers and W18-34 aired in February. During the current season of "Bad Girls Club" (12/1/09-2/23/10), 10 telecasts delivered over one million A18-49 viewers and four telecasts delivered over one million W18-49 viewers. Episode 10 of this season (2/9/10) is currently Oxygen's most watched telecast among W18-49, A18-49, W18-34, W18-34 and total viewers.
