Driven by the "Toy Story" Movies, Friday, June 11 Becomes Disney XD's Most-Watched Friday Ever in Total Viewers and Across All Target Kid Demos

Week of June 7-13, 2010

This week qualified as Disney XD's most-watched week since its February 2009 launch in Total Day in Kids 6-14 (206,000), Boys 6-14 (123,000), Kids 6-11 (164,000), Boys 6-11 (98,000), Kids 9-14 (130,000) and Boys 9-14 (77,000) and second most-watched week in Total Viewers (379,000).

Growing its Prime audience for the 2nd consecutive week, this week also ranked as Disney XD's most-watched week in almost 7 months (since week of 11/30/09) in Kids 6-14 (245,000), Boys 6-14 (149,000), Kids 6-11 (192,000), Boys 6-11 (113,000), Kids 9-14 (148,000) and Boys 9-14 (90,000).

· Disney XD posted solid increases over year-ago levels (week of 6/8/09) across the board, including by 46% in Kids 6-14 (245,000 vs. 168,000), by 45% in Boys 6-14 (149,000 vs. 103,000), by 57% in Tweens 9-14 (148,000 vs. 94,000) and by 50% in Boys 9-14 (90,000 vs. 60,000).

· With 2.2 million Total Viewers, "Toy Story 2" ranks as Disney XD's second-most-watched telecast of all time, while "Toy Story" claims the net's third-most-watched telecast on record with 1.7 million Total Viewers.

· Furthermore, "Toy Story 2" stands as Disney XD's No. 2 telecast of all time in Kids 6-14 (950,000/2.6 rating), Boys 6-14 (542,000/2.9 rating) and Boys 9-14 (321,000/2.6 rating), behind only "Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation" (12/6/09).

· Powered by the "Toy Story" movies, Friday, June 11 stands as Disney XD's most-watched Friday in Total Day in Total Viewers (649,000), and third-most-watched day on record overall.

· Friday was also Disney XD's most-watched Friday since its February 13, 2009 launch in Kids 6-14 (313,000), Boys 6-14 (184,000), Kids 6-11 (246,000), Boys 6-11 (143,000), Tweens 9-14 (196,000) and Boys 9-14 (114,000).
