Summer Hits Give FOX a Weekly Win

SUMMER HITS GIVE FOX A WEEKLY WIN

With strong showings by LIE TO ME, HELL'S KITCHEN, GLEE and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, FOX was the No.1 broadcast network last week among Adults 18-49.

On Monday, FOX posted gains with an original LIE TO ME, which delivered a 1.9/6 among Adults 18-49 and ranked No. 2 in its hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. LIE TO ME grew by +6% among Adults 18-49, +7% among Adults 18-34 and +100% in Teens versus the previous week. So far this summer-to-date LIE TO ME has increased FOX's performance in the Monday 8p time period by +12% among Adults 18-49 and +13% in Total Viewers.

A two-hour block of HELL'S KITCHEN led FOX to a nightly win on Tuesday among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens (tie) and all key female and male demos and outperformed its nearest competitor (NBC) by +35% among Adults 18-49 and +60% in Adults 18-34. In fact, in head to head competition in the 9p hour, HELL'S KITCHEN out-delivered NBC's America's Got Talent among Adults 18-34.

FOX dominated among key female demos on Thursday with an encore GLEE and the SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE Top 9 results show, winning the night among Women 18-49 and Women 18-34.

· At 8p, a GLEE encore posted a 1.3/5 among Adults 18-49 and ranked No. 2 in its hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

· The Top 9 SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE results show at 9p delivered a 2.1/7 and won its 9p hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key female demos.

· Summer-to-date SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE shows impressive gains compared to its Fall'09 average on Tue/Wed, increasing +13% among Adults 18-49, +12% among Adults 18-34, +17% among Teens and +16% in Total Viewers.

So far this summer-to-date LIE TO ME shows gains versus the House encores in the time period, gaining +12% among Adults 18-49 (1.9 vs. 1.7) and +13% in Total Viewers (6.2 vs. 5.5 Mil.)

At 9p THE GOOD GUYS posted a 1.2/3 among Adults 18-49, same as the previous week. THE GOOD GUYS ranked No. 4 in its hour among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
