"BIG BROTHER" DELIVERS ITS HIGHEST ADULT 18-34 RATING IN NEARLY THREE YEARS Wednesday's Edition Attracts Its Largest Audience on Any Night Since September 2009 "Big Brother" Sweeps Its Time Period and is the Night's #1 Program in Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 Wednesday's edition of BIG BROTHER delivered its highest adult 18-34 rating in nearly three years, its largest audience since last September and was the night's #1 program in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Aug. 25. BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was first in households (4.7/08), viewers (7.88m), adults 25-54 (3.2/10), adults 18-49 (2.8/09) and adults 18-34 (2.5/09). BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was the night's top program in both adults 18-49 and adults 18-34. Last night's BIG BROTHER was the highest-rated broadcast of BIG BROTHER with adults 18-34 since September 18, 2007, the highest-rated in adults 18-49 since September 15, 2009, and most-watched telecast since September 8, 2009. Versus the comparable broadcast last year, BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was up +4% in households (from 4.5/07), +12% in adults 18-49 (from 2.5/07), +39% in adults 18-34 (from 1.8/06) and added +600,000 viewers (from 7.28m, +8%).
