Disney Channel (3Q10)

The destination for Kids and Tweens during third quarter 2010, Disney Channel ranked as TV's No. 1 network in Total Day among Kids 6-11 (756,000/3.1 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (654,000/2.7 rating), tying 3Q07 as the net's highest rated quarter of all time in the target kid demos. In addition, the win marked the channel's 6th consecutive quarter ranking No. 1 in Tweens 9-14. Also impressive, 3Q10 now stands as Disney Channel's most-watched quarter on record in Total Viewers (2.0 million).

In Prime, Disney Channel's reign as basic cable's No. 1 network extended to 22 consecutive quarters in Kids 6-11 (1.2 million/4.8 rating) and to 45 quarters in Tweens 9-14 (978,000/4.0 rating). In Total Viewers (2.8 million), the net ranked a solid No. 2, surpassing third-place TNT (2.6 million) by 8%.

A force to be reckoned with on the programming front, "Hannah Montana Forever" and "Good Luck Charlie" stood as TV's Top 2 series among Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14, with "Phineas and Ferb" the No. 1 animated series on all TV among the core kid demos. In addition, the premiere of original movie "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" ranked as TV's No. 1 movie among Total Viewers (9.1 million) and Tweens 9-14 (2.6 million/14.7 rating). And among Kids 2-5, Playhouse Disney's "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" was the No. 3 preschool series of the quarter.
