Discovery Channel's "Mythbusters" and "Storm Chasers" #1 and #2 Nonfiction Cable Programs Among Men in Primetime on Wednesday

(Silver Spring, Md.) The Wednesday, November 3, 2010 premiere episode of MYTHBUSTERS, Arrow Machine Gun, earned a 1.33 HH / 0.90 P25-54 AA%, making it the #1 primetime(8P-11P) non-fiction cable program among Men 18-34 delivery (excluding sports/news). It was the #1 primetime (8P-11P) non-fiction cable program among Men 25-54 and M18-49 delivery (excluding sports/news/specials).

Further, the night's premiere episode of STORM CHASERS, Dedication, was the #2 primetime non-fiction cable program (excluding sports/news/specials)among Men 25-54 (behind MYTHBUSTERS on DISC).

MYTHBUSTERS surpassed several primetime broadcast telecasts among men,including CBS's The Defenders, M18-34; FOX's Hell's Kitchen, M18-34; NBC's Undercovers, M18-49, M18-34; NBC's Law & Order: SVU, M18-34; NBC's Law & Order: LA, M18-34; and ABC's In the Spotlight, M18-34.
