"Parenthood" Earns the Biggest Percentage Jump from Live + Same Day to Live + 7

"Parenthood" Earns the Biggest % Jump from L+SD to L+7 STD; "Event" Is #1 Among New Shows; "Outsourced" Is #1 Among New Comedies

Here are time-shifting increases in terms of season averages (through October 24, covering the first five weeks of the season)...

In jumps from L+SD to L+7 through the first five weeks of the season, NBC highlights include:

"Parenthood" is the #1 series in terms of percentage increase from L+SD to L+7 (+42% in adults 18-49, to a 2.97 rating from a 2.09).

"The Event" is delivering the #1 percentage increase among new shows (+34%, to 3.59 from 2.68).

"Outsourced" is generating the #1 percentage increase among new half-hour comedies (+21%, 3.34 vs. 2.75).

"The Office" is earning the #1 percentage increases among half-hour comedies (+31%, 4.92 vs. 3.75) and "Community" (+27%, 2.54 vs. 2.00) and "30 Rock" (+27%, 3.20 vs. 2.52) are #3 and #4.

"Apprentice" is achieving the #1 percentage increase among unscripted shows (+30%, 1.70 vs. 1.31).

Other shows getting sizable bumps in L+7 versus L+SD are "SVU" (+27%), "Chuck" (+26%), "Chase" (+24%) and "Law & Order: LA" (+20%).
