CHILLER 13: THE DECADE'S SCARIEST MOVIE MOMENTS SHATTERS RECORDS

Network's First-Ever Original Special Scares Up 2.7 Million Viewers

NEW YORK - January 5, 2011 - Chiller ended a victorious 2010 with the triumph of its first-ever original special, Chiller 13: The Decade's Scariest Movie Moments. Cumulatively, between its premiere on December 17 @ 8pm and its subsequent encore airings through January 2, 2.7 million unduplicated viewers flocked to Chiller to count down the best scares of the past decade.

Other ratings highlights include:

Across all airings, 27% of the Chiller 13 audience were new viewers to Chiller prime.

Chiller 13's premiere on Friday, 12/17 was watched by 421,000 unduplicated viewers, up +63% from Friday's 8-9:30pm timeslot average in Adults 18-49, +53% in Adults 25-54 and +27% in total viewers.

The special is the first in an exciting anticipated slate of original programming for Chiller coming in 2011.

Chiller 13: The Decade's Scariest Movie Moments, produced by Emmy Award-winning company Associated Television International, features a diverse group of pop culture mavens and horror movie experts looking back on the top 13 scary movie moments of the past 10 years. Featured participants include renowned special makeup effects supervisor Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead), comedians Dan Gurewitch & David Young (collegehumor.com), actress Betsy Russell (the Saw anthology), writer Steve Niles (30 Days of Night), actor Tony Todd (Final Destination) and horror film director Lucky McKee (May), among others.
