"Deadliest Catch" Returns in Top Form: Season Premiere Is Number One Across Key Demos Delivering Over Four Million Viewers

The special two hour 9pm season premiere of Discovery Channel's DEADLIEST CATCH on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, earned a 2.89 HH / 2.65 P25-54 AA%, delivering over 4.37 million viewers P2+.

DEADLIEST CATCH was the #1 primetime cable telecast among HH, P2+, P18+, P/M/W25-54 and P/M/W18-49 ratings and delivery.

DEADLIEST CATCH out-delivered several broadcast networks, for Tuesday 4/12/11 prime delivery including ABC (P25-54, M25-54, M18-49), FOX (M25-54, P18-49, M18-49) and NBC (M25-54, M18-49)

The season seven premiere telecast of DEADLIEST CATCH also posted TRIPLE-DIGIT GAINS in all key demos versus the year-ago time slot (2Q10, TUE, 9PM).

The all new season of DEADLIEST CATCH continues next Tuesday at 9pm e/p on Discovery.
