During the week of May 30, owning the week's Top 2 TV telecasts with the series debut of "So Random!" and a Season 2 high performance by "Good Luck Charlie," Disney Channel ranked as TV's No. 1 network in Total Day among Tweens 9-14 (534,000/2.2 rating) for the 6th straight week, and for the 24th time in the previous 27 weeks. In addition, this week stood as Disney Channel's most-watched week among Kids 6-11 in 19 weeks (650,000/2.6 rating) and among Tweens 9-14 in 17 weeks - since weeks of 1/17/11 and 1/31/11, respectively.

In Prime, Disney Channel qualified as cable's No. 1 network for the 317th straight week among Kids 6-11 (1.1 million/4.3 rating), representing more than 6 years of dominance on a weekly basis, and earned the No. 1 spot for the 314th time in the prior 317 weeks among Tweens 9-14 (843,000/3.5 rating).

· Featuring an ensemble of talented young actors, the launch of comedy series "So Random!," first introduced in "Sonny With A Chance," ranked as the week's No. 1 TV telecast among Kids 6-11 (1.9 million/7.8 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.6 million/6.6 rating), and as cable's No. 1 scripted live-action telecast in Total Viewers (4.1 million).

· Impressively, "So Random!" topped the February 2009 series launch of "Sonny With A Chance" by 6% among Kids 6-11 (1.9 million vs. 1.8 million) and by 7% among Tweens 9-14 (1.6 million vs. 1.5 million), becoming Disney Channel's second-most-watched Sunday series launch of all time, behind last November's "Shake It Up."

· In its time period, "So Random!" delivered a decisive victory, topping runner-up Cartoon Network by 252% among Kids 6-11 (1.9 million vs. 539,000) and MTV by 165% among Tweens 9-14 (1.6 million vs. 604,000).

· "So Random!" exceeded year-ago time period levels by impressive double-digit percent margins, including by 41% in Total Viewers (4.1 million vs. 2.9 million), by 46% in Kids 6-11 (1.9 million vs. 1.3 million) and by 45% in Tweens 9-14 (1.6 million vs. 1.1 million).

· Sunday's all-new "Good Luck Charlie" (8:00 - 8:30 p.m.) posted Season 2 highs in Tweens 9-14 (1.5 million/6.3 rating), and delivered its second-best ratings of the season in Kids 6-11 (1.8 million/7.4 rating), standing as the week's No. 2 TV telecast in the target demos, behind only its lead-out, the series debut of "So Random!."

· "Good Luck Charlie" dominated its time period, more-than-tripled the No. 2 network Nick-at-Nite among Tweens 9-14 (214% - 1.5 million vs. 477,000), nearly tripled runner-up Cartoon Network among Kids 6-11 (191% - 1.8 million vs. 618,000) and easily ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers, topping No. 2 USA by a solid 25% (4.0 million vs. 3.2 million).

· "Good Luck Charlie" surpassed year-ago time period averages by solid double-digit percentages, including by 74% in Total Viewers (4.0 million vs. 2.3 million), by 80% in Kids 6-11 (1.8 million vs. 1.0 million) and by 89% in Tweens 9-14 (1.5 million vs. 792,000).
