FOX MOVES INTO SUMMER'S TOP SPOT

Continuing its dominance with five nightly wins last week, FOX gained on the competition and is now tied as this summer's #1 network. FOX scored its sixth consecutive weekly victory thanks to the sizzling season two finale of MASTERCHEF, a dramatic HELL'S KITCHEN and two winning nights of NFL PRESEASON FOOTBALL, and ended the week at No. 1 among Adults 18-34 and Teens as well.

Key weekly highlights include:

· Gordon Ramsay's one-two punch of HELL'S KITCHEN and MASTERCHEF battered the competition on Monday and gave FOX the nightly win among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers and all key demos

· FOX posted its highest rated Monday with summer programming in four years in A18-49 (since 8/13/07) and its highest in three years in Total Viewers (7/28/08).

· HELL'S KITCHEN and MASTERCHEF were the top two highest-rated programs of the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens, and HELL'S KITCHEN was the #1 program of the night in Total Viewers.

· Both HELL'S KITCHEN and MASTERCHEF gained week over week, with both posting lifts of +4% in the adult demo

· Tuesday's MASTERCHEF finale night led FOX to rank No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54 and delivered FOX's most-watched Tuesday in Total Viewers so far this summer with entertainment programming.

· MASTERCHEF's 9pm finale episode propelled the show to its highest ratings ever among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers, outperforming its prior highest ratings this summer by +16% among both Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers.

· Compared to last year's finale on 9/15/10, MASTERCHEF saw a +35% ratings increase

· MASTERCHEF's 9p finale outperformed America's Got Talent in head to head competition by +4% among Adults 18-49

· On Thursday and Friday, FOX dominated the competition with the NFL EAGLES VS. STEELERS and FALCONS VS. JAGUARS games, ranking No. 1 on both nights.

· Week two of IN THE FLOW WITH AFFION CROCKETT rose +10% week over week among Adults 18-49.

A mixture of Gordon Ramsay battered the competition as FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens, Adults 25-54 and all key demos.

FOX posted its highest rated Monday with summer programming in four years in A18-49 (since 8/13/07) and its highest in three years in Total Viewers (7/28/08).

HELL'S KITCHEN and MASTERCHEF were the top two highest-rated programs of the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. Also, HELL'S KITCHEN was the #1 program of the night in Total Viewers.

At 8p HELL'S KITCHEN did a 2.9/9 among Adults 18-49, up +4% from last week and +6% in Total Viewers (7.0 vs. 6.6 Mil.).

HELL'S KITCHEN delivered its highest Adults 18-49 (2.9/9), Total Viewers (7.0 Mil), and Teens (1.7/7) of the summer.

In the 9p hour MASTERCHEF did a 2.4/6 among Adults 18-49, up +4% from last week (2.3/6). MASTERCHEF was also up from last week in Total Viewers by +11% (6.1 vs. 5.5 Mil.)

MASTERCHEF tied its highest Monday Adults 18-49 rating this summer and delivered its highest Teens rating ever. In Total Viewers MASTERCHEF posted its highest Monday this summer (6.1 Mil).

MASTERCHEF won its 9p hour and outperformed ABC's Bachelor Pad in head to head competition in A18-49 (+9%, 2.4 vs. 2.2), A18-34 (+17%, 2.1 vs. 1.8), Teens (+33%, 1.6 vs. 1.2), and all male demos.

TUESDAY

The two-part finale of MASTERCHEF gave FOX the nightly win among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54 and delivered FOX's highest Tuesday in Total Viewers so far this summer with entertainment programming.

MASTERCHEF cooked up a two-part finale with a 2.4/8 among Adults 18-49 at 8p and a 2.9/8 at 9p. For the night, MASTERCHEF posted a 2.7/8 in Adults 18-49.

The timer goes off on this summer's MASTERCHEF as it rises to its highest ratings ever among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers with its 9p telecast. In fact, MASTERCHEF's 9p finale outperformed its prior highest ratings this summer by +16% in Adults 18-49 (2.9/8 vs. 2.5/7 on 7/26/11, 8/2/11, 8/9/11) and +16% in Total Viewers (7.1 vs. 6.1 on 8/15/11, 8/9/11).

Compared to last year's two-hour finale on 9/15/10, MASTERCHEF was up significantly with both the 9p finale (+45%, 2.9/8 vs. 2.0/6) and with the entire two-hour finale night (+35%, 2.7/8 vs. 2.0/6).

MASTERCHEF's 9p finale was the highest rated program of the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54 (tie). In its 9p hour MASTERCHEF outperformed America's Got Talent in head to head competition by +4% in Adults 18-49 (2.9/8 vs. 2.8/7).

Throughout the night MASTERCHEF showed significant growth, increasing in its last half hour versus its first by +30% in Adults 18-49 (3.0 vs. 2.3) and +23% in Total Viewers (7.4 vs. 6.0 Mil.)
