RAYCOM MEDIA AND ITV STUDIOS AMERICA'S NEW SYNDICATED STRIP SERIES "AMERICA NOW," HOSTED BY LEEZA GIBBONS AND BILL RANCIC, DRAWS STRONG VIEWERSHIP IN MARKETS AROUND THE COUNTRY

One month after launch America Now ranks among the top first-run syndicated shows premiering this fall in its markets, second only to Anderson Cooper

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif., November 3, 2011 - Seven weeks after its launch, America Now, the daily newsmagazine show co-hosted by Leeza Gibbons and Bill Rancic from ITV Studios America and Raycom Media, is proving to be a solid draw for viewers interested in news you can really use, it was announced today by Paul McTear, President and CEO of Raycom Media.

Airing weekdays in 45 markets, America Now ranks among the top first-run syndicated shows premiering this fall, second only to Anderson Cooper and often beating some of the other top-run syndicated programs that are well-known and seen throughout the country.

"With viewers juggling more responsibilities and data than ever, America Now offers a great service - sorting through the clutter and helping people live better," said McTear. "We're gratified that so many people are benefiting from the information they're getting from the show."

In its first month, America Now consistently has drawn strong viewership in many of its markets, including Birmingham, Ala., Richmond, Va., Charlotte, N.C. and Memphis.

· In Birmingham (WBRC), the show earned a bigger rating than network daytime shows including The Talk and The Chew, as well as talk show veterans such as The Rachael Ray Show, Ellen and The Doctors.

· In Richmond (WWBT), America Now outranked talk veterans like Jerry Springer and The Doctors, as well as Anderson.

· In Charlotte (WBTV), America Now drew more viewers than the second and third hours of the Today Show and The Talk.

· In Memphis (WMC), America Now out-delivered daytime talk veterans including Live! with Regis and Kelly and The Doctors.

"For so many, Leeza Gibbons and Bill Rancic have become people whose advice they can trust," said Paul Buccieri, Managing Director of ITV Studios International and President and CEO of ITV Studios America. "And the news segments from around the country draw viewers in with compelling information from their own communities. We look forward to building on the success of America Now."
