In addition, ABC ranks No. 1 during November for the 7th straight year with Women 18-49 (3.4/9). Excluding sports to level the playing field, ABC is pacing within 1-tenth of a rating point of tying CBS for No. 1 for the month in Adults 18-49 (2.8/7 vs. 2.9/8) and is the clear leader across all key Women demos.

· Highest-Rated TV Series: ABC claims 3 of the Top 10 TV series during November 2011 in Adults 18-49, including the No. 1 scripted show ("Modern Family"), the No. 1 drama ("Grey's Anatomy") and the No. 1 new drama ("Once Upon a Time"): "Modern Family" - No. 2, "Grey's Anatomy" - No. 6 and "Once Upon a Time" - No. 9. ABC's "DWTS" stands as the 2nd-most-watched entertainment show overall for the month and the No. 1 unscripted series. In addition, ABC has 3 of the Top 4 TV shows for the sweep with Women 18-49, with "Modern Family" (No. 1), "Grey's" (No. 2) and "Once Upon a Time" (No. 4).

· Growing Wednesday Night Comedy Block: For the 2nd straight November, ABC's Wednesday 8:00-10:00 p.m. comedy block is up by double-digit percentages with Adults 18-49 (+12%).

· ABC Posts Gains Over Last November with Returning and New Series: A number of ABC's returning programs posted gains over last November with Adults 18-49: "The Middle" (+7%), "Modern Family" (+17%), "Saturday Night Football" (+47%) and "America's Funniest Home Videos" (+6%). The Net's key new series improved their time slots by wide margins for ABC November to November in the key young adult sales demo: "Last Man Standing" (+37%), "Suburgatory" (+25%), "Revenge" (+75%) and "Once Upon a Time" (+73%). In addition, ABC sophomore drama "Body of Proof," which came in midseason, is improving its hour by 18% over the year-ago drama it replaced ("Detroit 1-8-7").

· ABC is Up in the 10 O'clock Hour: On Monday-Friday from 10:00-11:00 p.m. as a lead-in to affiliates' late-local news, ABC is up year to year during the November Sweep in Total Viewers (+6%) and the key Adult 25-54 news demographic (+3%). In fact, ABC is drawing its top November Sweep numbers in the hour in 2 years - since 2009.
