ABC further spins the numbers for the week of November 14-20.

L+7 Ratings: ABC's "Modern Family" is TV's #1 Program of the Season

Live+7 Day Ratings for the week of 11/14/11 (Week #9):

· Based on Nielsen's final ratings, Modern Family emerged as TV's #1 show of the week in Adults 18-49, building from a 5.6 rating in the first-reported Live + Same Day numbers to an 8.0 rating in the Live + 7 numbers. Initially in the Live + Same Day statistics, Modern Family placed as TV's #3 show of the week in the young adult demo and moved up to a definitive #1 in the Live + 7 Day statistics, jumping over the week's initial leader, NBC's Sunday Night Football, to lead by 4% (7.7).

· In addition, Modern Family was this week's biggest gainer in Total Viewers (+4.81 million) and Adults 18-49 (+2.4 rating - 5.6 to 8.0) for its 7th straight original telecast.

Season-to-Date DVR Playback:

On average for the 2011-12 season, ABC's Modern Family and Grey's Anatomy are the season's Top 2 biggest gainers among Adults 18-49 (picking up 2.4 rating points and 1.6 rating points, respectively). Modern Family is also the season's biggest overall gainer among Total Viewers (+4.68 million).

· With Modern Family (8.1 rating) and Grey's Anatomy (5.3), ABC claims the season's #1 program and #1 drama, respectively, in the key young adult sales demo.

· In addition, picking up an additional 1.1 rating points in the Live + 7 numbers, Disney-owned Once Upon a Time is the season's #1 freshman drama in Adults 18-49 (5.0).
