FOX Remains the Only Network to Post Double-Digit Gains Among Both Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers Versus Last Fall

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 5 - 11, 2011

With a major ratings boost for the AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS, a winning Tuesday night comedy block and two strong nights of THE X FACTOR last week, FOX remains the only network to post double-digit gains among both Adults 18-49 (+10%) and Total Viewers (+14%) versus last fall and is tied as the No. 1 network in the core adult demo.

FOX's FAMILY GUY and THE SIMPSONS were the two highest rated entertainment programs of the week among Men 18-34. In addition, last week FOX had:

· 6 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: NEW GIRL (No. 8 tie), THE X FACTOR-WED (No. 8 tie), FAMILY GUY (No. 13), GLEE (No. 14 tie), THE SIMPSONS (No. 14 tie), and THE X FACTOR-THU (No. 19).

The 2nd ANNUAL AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS posted a 2.0/5, up +33% from last year's telecast in Adults 18-49 (12/6/10, 1.5/4), up +25% in Total Viewers (7.5 vs. 6.0 Mil) and +33% in Teens (1.2 vs. 0.9). The AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS grew in its last half hour versus its first by +22% in Adults 18-49 (2.2 vs. 1.8).

FOX ranked #2 for the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34/25-54, Teens and Total Viewers.

TUESDAY

8:00-9:01 GLEE: (Adults 18-49: 3.0/8, 7.1 Mil Total Viewers)

9:01-9:31 NEW GIRL: (Adults 18-49: 3.4/9, 6.8 Mil Total Viewers)

9:31-10:00 RAISING HOPE: (Adults 18-49: 2.2/5, 4.6 Mil Total Viewers)

8:00-10:00 FOX PRIME: (Adults 18-49: 2.9/8, 6.4 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. In Adults 18-49, FOX outperformed its nearest competitors for the night by +45% (2.9 vs. 2.0 for both CBS and NBC).

GLEE at 8p posted a 3.0/8 and was the second highest-rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 (behind only NEW GIRL) and was #1 in Teens. GLEE won its hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

At 9p NEW GIRL posted a 3.4/9 and was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 and was #2 in Teens (behind only GLEE).

NEW GIRL won its half hour in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. NEW GIRL topped the night among Men 18-34 and posted its highest rating in this demo since its second telecast on 9/27/11.

RAISING HOPE posted a 2.2/5 and ranked #1 in its 9:30p half hour in Adults 18-49 (tie), Adults 18-34 and Teens.

At 9:30p week two of I HATE MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER posted a 2.1/5 and won the 9:30p half hour in Teens.

FOX ranked #2 for the night among Adults 18-49 (tie) and Adults 18-34 and #1 for the night in Teens and Men 18-34 (tie).
