Powered by the season 4B premiere of "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," the season 3 debut of "Make It or Break It," along with solid encores of Sandra Bullock theatrical "The Blind Side," ABC Family ranked as cable's #1 network in Prime for the 2nd week in a row in Females 12-34 (421,000), an ultra-competitive #2 in Women 18-34 (281,000) and a solid #3 in Women 18-49 (442,000), climbing by solid margins year to year.

Versus year-ago levels, ABC Family increased by 10% in Women 18-34 (281,000 vs. 256,000), by 9% in Women 18-49 (442,000 vs. 406,000) and by 7% in Females 12-34 (421,000 vs. 392,000).

· Monday's season 4B debut of "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" (8:00 - 9:00 p.m.) was the week's #1 prime cable telecast in Females 12-34 (1.42 million/3.1 rating) -- topping Nickelodeon's annual stalwart event, "The Kids' Choice Awards," by 3% (vs. 1.38 million/3.0 rating) -- and the #1 scripted prime cable telecast in Women 18-34 (848,000/2.5 rating), surpassing an all-new "The Game" on BET by 5% (vs. 805,000/2.4 rating).

· Monday's Season 3 premiere of "Make It or Break It" (9:00 - 10:00 p.m.) ranked as cable's #1 telecast in the hour in Females 12-34 (902,000/2.0 rating) and the #1 scripted cable telecast in Women 18-34 (502,000/1.5 rating) and Women 18-49 (708,000/1.1 rating).

· A week after its basic cable premiere, an encore of "The Blind Side" (Fri., 8:00 - 11:00 p.m.) ranked as the week's #1 basic cable movie in Total Viewers (2.60 million), Adults 18-49 (1.15 million/0.9 rating), Women 18-49 (757,000/1.2 rating) and Women 18-34 (387,000/1.2 rating).
