MONDAY SEASON FINALES LEAD CBS TO DEMO VICTORY

One-Hour Season Finale of "How I Met Your Mother" and Finale of "Mike & Molly" Both Notch Huge Increases Versus Last Year's Finales

Season Finale of " Hawaii Five-0" Sweeps Time Period

CBS won Monday in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 with the season finales of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, TWO AND A HALF MEN, MIKE & MOLLY and HAWAII FIVE-0, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 14.

The one-hour season finale of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.0/08, 8.49m) was first in adults 25-54 (4.1/11), adults 18-49 (3.6/10) and adults 18-34 (3.1/10). Compared to the 30-minute season finale on the same night last year, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +11% in households (from 4.5/07), +21% in adults 25-54 (from 3.4/09), +16% in adults 18-49 (from 3.1/09), +7% in adults 18-34 (from 2.9/10) and added +1.34m viewers (from 7.15m, +19%).

The season finale of TWO AND A HALF MEN (6.9/10, 11.33m) was first in adults 25-54 (4.9/11) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (3.8/10, with NBC).

The season finale of MIKE & MOLLY was first in households (7.2/11), viewers (11.63m) and adults 25-54 (4.6/10) and second in adults 18-49 (3.3/08). Compared to last year's season finale (on the same night last year), MIKE & MOLLY was up +36% in households (from 5.3/08), +35% in adults 25-54 (from 3.4/07), +27% in adults 18-49 (from 2.6/06) and added +2.99m viewers (from 8.64m, +35%). MIKE & MOLLY posted its best deliveries in viewers since Jan. 2, 2012 and its best adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 ratings since Feb. 20, 2012.

At 10:00 PM, HAWAII FIVE-0 was first in households (7.0/11), viewers (11.29m), adults 25-54 (3.5/08) and adults 18-49 (2.7/07). Compared the season finale on the same night last year, HAWAII FIVE-0 was up +8% in households (from 6.5/10), even in adults 18-49 and added +880,000 viewers (from 10.41m, +8%).

For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.1/10) and adults 18-49 (3.3/09) and second in both households (6.4/10) and viewers (10.42m). CBS won the last three weeks in adults 25-54 and two of the last three weeks in adults 18-49.
