Syfy Scores Most Watched May in Four Years

SYFY SCORES MOST WATCHED MAY IN FOUR YEARS

HIGHEST-RATED MAY AMONG ADULTS 18-49 SINCE 2009

DOUBLE-DIGIT GROWTH AMONG ADULTS 18-34, WOMEN 18-34, WOMEN 18-49 AND WOMEN 25-54

NEW YORK - May 30, 2012 - Despite formidable broadcast sweeps programming, Syfy scored its most watched May prime in four years among total viewers and its highest-rated May in Adults 18-49 since 2009.

Syfy grew 9% in Adults 18-49, 7% in total viewers and 3% in Adults 25-54 compared to May 2011.

Syfy also jumped double-digits in the younger and female demos:

· +22% in Adults 18-34

· +35% in Women 18-34

· +23% in Women 18-49

· +20% Women 25-54

Syfy kicks off Summer 2012 on Wednesday, June 6 at 9PM (ET/PT) with the second season return of Haunted Collector, followed on Wednesday, June 20 at 10PM by the premiere of School Spirits from executive producer Mark Burnett.

And don't forget the Saturday Original Movies Jersey Shore Shark Attack (June 9), Piranhaconda (June 16); Arachnoquake (June 23) and Bigfoot (June 30), all at 9PM.
