Dominating in New York at No. 1 Each Day, "LIVE! with Kelly and Michael" Towers Over its Nearest Competitor with its Best Opening Week Since 2007

"LIVE! with Kelly and Michael" Week 1

During its inaugural week (w/o 09/03/12), the newly-rechristened syndicated talk show "LIVE! with Kelly and Michael" improved year to year by double digits in Homes across the U.S. Metered Markets, over premiere week last year (+14% - 3.3/11 vs. 2.9/10 on w/o 9/5/11). In addition, the show generated impressive year-over-year time-slot gains across all key Women demos: W18-34 (+50%), W18-49 (+27%) and W25-54 (+27%). The program scored its highest rated premiere week in 6 years among Homes - best since 2006.

· Capping out premiere week with a surge, "LIVE! with Kelly and Michael" built from its Thursday telecast to its Friday telecast in Households and key Women: HH +7%, W18-49 +17% and W25-54 +6%. In fact, Friday was the show's 2nd-highest-rated telecast of the week with key Women (W18-49/W25-54).

· Dominating in New York, "LIVE! with Kelly and Michael" took first place each day of its premiere week, towering over its nearest competitor by 87% on average (4.3/13 vs. 2.3/7 for NBC's "Today Show"). Additionally, in TV's No. 1 market, the show catapulted 59% over premiere week last year to its best opening week performance since '07.
