FOX Weekly Ratings - Network Ranks No. 2 Among Adults 18-49
FOX spins the numbers for the week of September 10-16.

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 10 - 16, 2012

Last week marked strong finales for HELL'S KITCHEN and MASTERCHEF, as well as the solid return of THE X FACTOR. FOX ranked No. 2 among Adults 18-49 and had the following shows in the Top 20 programs of the week:

· 7 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: THE X-FACTOR- WED (No. 4), THE X-FACTOR- THU (No. 7 tie), GLEE (No. 7 tie), MASTERCHEF-MON (No. 11), HELL'S KITCHEN-MON (No. 12), FAMILY GUY (No. 19 tie) and FAMILY GUY-SUN 9:30PM (No. 19 tie).

MONDAY

8:00-9:00 HELL'S KITCHEN: (Adults 18-49: 2.5/7, 6.3 Mil Total Viewers)

9:00-10:00 MASTERCHEF: (Adults 18-49: 2.6/7, 6.5 Mil Total Viewers)

8:00-10:00 FOX PRIME: (Adults 18-49: 2.6/7, 6.4 Mil Total Viewers)

On Monday, FOX ranked No. 2 for the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 and won the night in Men 18-34.

The HELL'S KITCHEN finale served up a 2.5/7 among Adults 18-49 and was up +2% from the previous week in Total Viewers (6.3 vs. 6.2 Mil). In addition, HELL'S KITCHEN was up from last year's two-hour finale by +7% in Total Viewers (6.3 vs. 5.9 Mil on 9/19/11).

Airing against increased competition, the finale of MASTERCHEF posted a 2.6/7. This summer, MASTERCHEF averaged a 2.9/8, up +7% from last summer, and was the highest rated program on Monday nights among Men 18-34.

TUESDAY

8:00-10:00 SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (P): (A18 49: 1.5/4, 4.3 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX ranked No. 2 on Tuesday night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

The special Tuesday episode of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE posted a 1.5/4 among Adults 18-49 and was up +2% from the previous week in Total Viewers (4.3 vs. 4.2 Mil.) SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE grew +50% among Adults 18-49 in its 9pm hour vs. its 8pm hour (1.8 vs. 1.2)

WEDNESDAY

8:00-10:00 THE X FACTOR (P): (A18 49: 3.4/10, 8.7 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won Wednesday night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Adults 25-54.

In head to head competition with NBC's The Voice, the season premiere of THE X FACTOR posted a 3.4/10 among Adults 18-49.

The premiere of THE X FACTOR tied as the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 and was the No. 1 program of the night among Adults 18-34 and Teens. THE X FACTOR outperformed The Voice by +7% in Adults 18-34 (3.1/11 vs. 2.9/11) and +17% in Teens (2.8/11 vs. 2.4/10).

THE X FACTOR was up in the 9-10p hour vs. 8-9pm by +34% in Adults 18-49 (3.9 vs. 2.9) and +26% in Total Viewers (9.7 vs. 7.7 Mil.) In fact, THE X FACTOR showed even bigger growth in its 9:30pm half hour vs. the 8pm half hour, increasing +48% in Adults 18-49 (4.0 vs. 2.7) and +37% in Total Viewers (10.0 vs. 7.3 Mil.)

THURSDAY

8:00-9:00 THE X FACTOR (P): (Adults 18-49: 3.1/10, 8.3 Mil Total Viewers)

9:00-10:00 GLEE (P): (Adults 18-49: 3.1/8, 7.4 Mil Total Viewers)

8:00-10:00 FOX PRIME: (Adults 18-49: 3.1/9, 7.8 Mil Total Viewers)

On Thursday, FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. FOX outperformed the No. 2 network of the night (NBC) by +55% in Adults 18-49 (3.1 vs. 2.0), +80% in Adults 18-34 (2.7 vs. 1.5) and +129% in Teens (3.2 vs. 1.4).

The season premiere of GLEE and night two of THE X FACTOR were the top two rated programs of the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

Night two of THE X FACTOR delivered a 3.1/10 among Adults 18-49 and grew over the 8-9pm portion of Wednesday's premiere by +7% in Adults 18-49 (3.1 vs. 2.9) and +8% in Total Viewers (8.3 vs. 7.7 Mil.)

THE X FACTOR outperformed the finale of America's Got Talent by +29% in Adults 18-49 (3.1 vs. 2.4) and +39% in Adults 18-34 (2.5 vs. 1.8).

In Teens, THE X FACTOR outperformed Wednesday's season premiere by +7% (3.0 vs. 2.8) and last year's Thursday finale by +7% (3.0 vs. 2.8).

THE X FACTOR showed impressive growth in its second half hour, increasing +21% in Adults 18-49 (3.4 vs. 2.8), +23% in Adults 18-34 (2.7 vs. 2.2) and +20% in Total Viewers (9.0 vs. 7.5 Mil.)

At 9pm the season premiere of GLEE posted a 3.1/8 in Adults 1849, up +7% from last year's finale (5/22/12, 2.9/8, Tue 9-10pm).

GLEE was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-34 and Teens and tied THE X FACTOR as the night's No. 1 program among Adults 18-49.

GLEE outperformed its average last season with originals by +3% in Adults 18-49 (3.1 vs. 3.0) and +10% in Teens (3.3 vs. 3.0).

FRIDAY
