"Boo Boo" Goes Out with Bang for One-Hour Conclusion of Season's First Half

"BOO BOO" GOES OUT WITH BANG FOR ONE-HOUR CONCLUSION OF SEASON'S FIRST HALF

--Final week of TLC's HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO was a series high and watched by 2.8 M P2+--

(New York, NY) - Alana and her family proved to be the Ultimate Grand Supreme of ratings during the one-hour conclusion of the season's first half. Last night's premiere (Wednesday at 10 PM ET/PT) delivered the highest ratings for the series among HH and P25-54/18-34, garnering a 2.2 HH rating, a 2.6 W18-34 rating and a 2.3 W18-49 rating. The series, overall, averaged 2.4 million viewers since premiere.

Last night's episode was the #1 ad-supported cable telecast in delivery in Prime on Wednesday night among W25-54/18-49/18-34 and P25-54/18-49, #2 among P2+ and P18-34 and #3 among HH. TLC ranked as the #1 ad-supported cable network in delivery on every single Wednesday night (8/8/12-9/26/12) among W18-49 during HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO's entire run, making TLC #1 of the night eight weeks in a row on the demo. TLC's HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO's one-hour conclusion ranked #2 among W18-34 delivery in its Wednesday 10-11pm time period, including both broadcast and cable.

HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO continued its digital success, nabbing the number one spot on Trendrr.tv's top social cable chart for a sixth week. Eleven show topics trended on Twitter, with the number of impressions reaching approximately 2.2 billion since premiere. Additionally, 1.7 million Honey Boo Boo nicknames have been generated on Facebook, with nearly 1.1 million users accessing TLC.com's ringtones page since launch.

In response to the show's success, TLC has ordered three HOLLAday specials (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and additional episodes of HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO.
