"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is the Week's No. 1 Syndie Talker in Women 25-54, And for the 5th Straight Week Ranks No. 2 in Households and Total Viewers

Posting Double-Digit Gains, "LIVE" is Up the Most Year Over Year in Key Women

"LIVE" Matches its Best Women 18-49 Rating Since February

Season to Date, "LIVE" is Up in Key Women Through the Same Point Last Year to Mark the Show's Best Numbers in 5 Years

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the week of October 15, 2012, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stood as the week's No. 1 syndicated talker in Women 25-54 (1.5 rating). In addition, "LIVE" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show for the week in both Households (2.6 rating) and Total Viewers (3.352 million) for 5th week running, topping "Ellen" by its largest margins of the season (2.2 rating and 2.932 million).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew year over year for the 6th straight week in Women 18-49 (+20%) and Women 25-54 (+15%). In fact, posting solid double-digit growth, "LIVE" delivered the largest yearly gains of any syndicated talker in either Women demo.

· "LIVE" held 100% of its week-ago Household rating, equaling a best-since-premiere number, while improving week to week in Women 18-49 (+9%) to match its highest rating since February - since the weeks of 9/3/12 and 2/27/12, respectively.

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up over the comparable weeks last season by 20% in Women 18-49 and by 7% in Women 25-54, marking its biggest numbers through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. In fact, "LIVE" is the only returning syndicated talk show to deliver year-over-year gains in both key Women demos.
