"LIZ & DICK" AVERAGES 3.5 MILLION TOTAL VIEWERS

Movie Starring Lindsay Lohan and Grant Bowler Ranks as 2012's Fourth Most-Watched Original Movie Premiere

LOS ANGELES, CA (November 26, 2012) - The Lifetime Original Movie Liz & Dick, starring Lindsay Lohan as Elizabeth Taylor and Grant Bowler as Richard Burton, averaged 3.5 million Total Viewers in its world premiere last night, according to Nielsen Research. Based on the true story of the iconic couple's passionate and tumultuous love affair, the film averaged 1.3 million Adults 25-54 viewers, 1.3 million Adults 18-49 viewers, 1.1 million Women 18-49 viewers and 1.0 million Women 25-54 viewers, with a 2.8 Household rating.

Liz & Dick ranks as 2012's fourth most-watched original movie premiere on ad-supported cable among all key demographics, including Total Viewers, Adults 25-54, Adults 18-49, Women 18-49 and Women 25-54, behind Lifetime's Steel Magnolias, Drew Peterson: Untouchable and Abducted: The Carlina White Story (excluding miniseries).

Versus 2012 to-date Lifetime original movies, Liz & Dick was up by double-digit margins across the board, including +40% among Total Viewers, +52% in Women 18-49, +41% with Adults 18-49, +22% in Women 25-54 and +18% among Adults 25-54.

Produced by Larry A. Thompson Productions, Liz & Dick was executive produced by Larry A. Thompson, directed by Lloyd Kramer and written by Christopher Monger.

Lifetime will present an encore of Liz & Dick tonight at 8:00pm ET/PT.

For nearly a quarter of a century, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton were Hollywood royalty and their fiery romance -- often called "the marriage of the century" -- was the most notorious, publicized and celebrated love affair of its day. Swarmed by paparazzi worldwide, their love affair was played out entirely in front of the media from the time they met on the set of the major motion picture Cleopatra, left their respective spouses, married and divorced, only to remarry and divorce once again. Despite their roller coaster romance for the public eye to see, Liz and Dick shared an undeniable love greater than most people could ever dream of.

A+E Networks handles international distribution of Liz & Dick.
