"The Big Bang Theory" is Thursday's #1 Program in Viewers and Key Demos

CBS Tops Thursday

TWO AND A HALF MEN, PERSON OF INTEREST and ELEMENTARY posted week-to-week growth in viewers and key demos, leading CBS to a Thursday ratings sweep, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Dec. 6.

Note: In Denver, the NFL Network's coverage of the Broncos at Raiders game aired on the CBS affiliate. Ratings for CBS are tentative and subject to change.

THE BIG BANG THEORY swept its time period, finishing first in households (10.6/17), viewers (17.41m), adults 25-54 (7.0/19), adults 18-49 (5.3/16) and adults 18-34 (3.6/13). THE BIG BANG THEORY was the night's #1 program in households, viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (8.7/14), viewers (14.22m), adults 25-54 (5.6/14), adults 18-49 (4.2/12) and adults 18-34 (2.8/09) at 8:30 PM. Compared to last week, TWO AND A HALF MEN was up +1% in households (from 8.6/13), +2% in adults 25-54 (from 5.5/13), +5% in adults 18-49 (from 4.0/11), +4% in adults 18-34 (from 2.7/09) and added +480,000 viewers (from 13.74m, +3%).

PERSON OF INTEREST was first in households (9.2/14), viewers (14.98m), adults 25-54 (4.5/10) and adults 18-49 (3.2/09). Compared to last week, PERSON OF INTEREST was up +3% in households (from 8.9/14), +7% in adults 25-54 (from 4.2/10), +10% in adults 18-49 (from 2.9/07) and added +550,000 viewers (from 14.43m, +4%).

ELEMENTARY was first at 10:00 PM in households (7.0/12), viewers (10.94m) and adults 25-54 (3.2/08) and was second in adults 18-49 (2.3/06). Compared to last week, ELEMENTARY was up +3% in households (from 6.8/11), +7% in adults 25-54 (from 3.0/08), +5% in adults 18-49 (from 2.2/06) and added +480,000 viewers (from 10.46m, +5%).

For the night, CBS was first in households (8.6/14), viewers (13.91m), adults 25-54 (4.7/11) and adults 18-49 (3.4/10).
