* "Parenthood" dominated at 10 among those networks and matched its highest rating since November 2011.

* "The Voice" scored the night's top rating and equaled last week's 3.5 (while topping the week-ago 3.4 in these preliminary fast-affiliate ratings).

* From 8-9:01 p.m. ET, "The Voice" (3.5/10 in 18-49, 11.3 million viewers overall) scored the #1 18-49 rating of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox, matching last week's official-national rating and improving on the 3.4 it got one week ago in these preliminary fast-affiliate ratings. "The Voice" won the time period by a 25 percent margin over CBS's #2 "NCIS" (2.8/8). "The Voice" is up 75 percent versus NBC's average in the time period last season in 18-49 rating (3.5 vs. 2.0) and up 85 percent in total viewers (11.312 million vs. 6.116 million).

* From 9:01-10:01 p.m. ET, "Take It All" (2.3/6 in 18-49, 7.3 million viewers overall) is up versus Monday's premiere by 5 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.3 from a 2.2) and by 3 percent in total viewers (7.346 million vs. 7.121 million), pending updates. "Take It All" ranked #2 in the time slot among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, running within 0.3 of a rating point and 1 share of CBS's #1 "NCIS: LA" (2.6/7), and is #2 among those networks in virtually all other key categories.

* From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, "Parenthood" (2.0/6 in 18-49, 5.7 million in total viewers) dominated the hour over drama competition on ABC and CBS in 18-49, delivering a 33 percent margin over CBS's #2 "Vegas" (1.5/4), the biggest advantage to date for "Parenthood" over "Vegas." "Parenthood" also won the hour among those networks in most other key demographics, including adults 25-54, where it delivered a 9 percent margin in the key news demo of adults 25-54 in the 10:30 lead-in to local news (with a 2.3 rating vs. a 2.1 for "Vegas").

* "Parenthood" equaled its highest 18-49 rating since November 29, 2011 and delivered its biggest overall audience since that same date (2.1/5 in 18-49 and 5.764 million viewers overall).
