"LIVE" Builds Over the Year-Ago Week for the 2nd Consecutive Week

"LIVE" is the Week's No. 2 Syndicated Talker in Homes, Viewers and Women 25-54

Season to Date, "LIVE" Marks its Best Numbers in 5 Years Across Key Women

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the week of January 28, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew for the 3rd consecutive week in Total Viewers (+1% - 3.686 million vs. 3.652 million) to its 2nd-biggest overall audience this season. Growing week to week by 6% in Women 25-54 (1.7 rating vs. 1.6 rating), "LIVE" matched a season high with its top rating since November 2011 - since the week of 11/21/11.

· For the 2nd week in a row, "LIVE" posted gains over the same week last year (w/o 1/30/12) in Homes (+4%), Total Viewers (+1%) and Women 25-54 (+6%).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (tied with "Ellen"), Total Viewers and Women 25-54 (tied with "Ellen").

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up through the same weeks last season by 14% in Women 18-34, and retains 100% of its year-ago delivery in Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 to match its strongest performance through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis last November.
