"LIVE" Wins its Time Period in 13 of the Top 15 U.S. Markets, Including NY and LA

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" Metered Market Ratings for 02/25/13

The 2nd post- Oscars(R) broadcast of "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" delivered a 3.9 rating, 11 share in Households across the U.S. Metered Markets, marking the show's highest-rated telecast of the season (tied with the debut telecast of Michael as co-host on 9/4/12). This year's post-Oscars show was up over the prior year's broadcast by 8% in Homes (3.6/12 on 2/27/12).

· On Monday, despite its early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stood as TV's No. 1 syndicated talk show in HH and Women 25-54 (2.0/14), holding double-digit advantages over both "Ellen" (3.1/8 and 1.7/10) and "Dr. Phil" (3.1/8 and 1.3/7).

· In Households, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked No. 1 in its time period in 13 of the Top 15 U.S. Metered Markets, including the Top 2 U.S. Markets: New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Boston, DC, Atlanta, Houston, Detroit, Seattle, Tampa and Minneapolis.

· In New York at 9:00 a.m., "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" soared to a winning 4.5/16 in HH, more than doubling its nearest competitor in the hour (+114% = Fox's "Good Day" and NBC's "Today Show" tied with a 2.1 rating).
