Special Groundbreaking All ASL "Switched at Birth" is Monday's #1 Scripted Cable TV Telecast in Females 12-34, and Cable TV's #1 Scripted Telecast in the Hour Across Target 18-34, 18-49 and 12-34 Demographics

"Switched at Birth" (8:00 - 9:00 p.m.)

ABC Family's groundbreaking all American Sign Language episode of its award-winning original series "Switched at Birth" ranked as Monday's #1 scripted cable TV telecast in Females 12-34 (748,000/1.6 rating), and the #1 scripted cable TV telecast in Prime in Women 18-34 (428,000/1.3 rating) and Women 18-49 (693,000/1.1 rating).

· The special "Switched at Birth" episode, told from the perspective of the series' multiple deaf characters - with open captions for hearing viewers - was the #1 scripted cable TV telecast at 8 o'clock across Adults 18-34 (530,000/0.8 rating), Women 18-34, Adults 18-49 (871,000/0.7 rating), Women 18-49, Viewers 12-34 (864,000/0.9 rating) and Females 12-34.
