Broadcasting from Walt Disney World in Orlando during the first 4 days of the week leading into a pre-Oscars show on Friday, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.8 rating - tied with "Ellen") for the 5th week in a row during the week of February 18, 2013.

· "LIVE" saw week-to-week gains of 8% in Households (2.8 rating vs. 2.6 rating) and 8% in Total Viewers (3.738 million vs. 3.459 million), marking its 2nd-best performance this season in both Nielsen measures. In addition, the show was up over the prior week by double-digit margins across all key Women demos: Women 18-34 (+14%), Women 18-49 (+18%) and Women 25-54 (+13%). In fact, "LIVE" matched a season high in Women 25-54 with its top rating since November 2011 - since the week of 11/21/11.

· Monday's telecast of "LIVE" (on 2/18/13), which marked the first of four broadcasts from Orlando, was the show's highest-rated in Women 18-49 (1.5 rating) in over 1 year - since 2/29/12.

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up over the comparable weeks last season by 14% in Women 18-34, and retains 100% of its year-ago numbers in Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 to match its strongest performance through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis last November.
