"LIVE" Delivers Growth Over the Year-Ago Week for the 3rd Week in a Row

This Season to Date, "LIVE" Tops "Ellen" to Rank as the No. 2 Talker in Key Measures

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the first week of April 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.6 rating), Total Viewers (3.407 million) and Women 25-54 (1.5 rating - tie) for the 2nd week running.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew to 4-week highs in Homes and Total Viewers (best since w/o 3/4/13), up over the prior week by 8% and 9%, respectively. "LIVE" also retained 100% of its week-ago ratings across all key Women demographics (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54).

· Posting its 3rd straight week of year-over-year gains, "LIVE" was up over the same week last year (w/o 4/2/12) by 8% in Homes, 9% in Total Viewers, 10% in Women 18-49 and 25% in Women 25-54.

On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is the No. 2 syndie talker in Households (2.6 rating) and Total Viewers (3.440 million), leading "Ellen" (2.5 rating and 3.370 million) in both Nielsen measures despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels. In addition, "LIVE" ties "Ellen" as the season's No. 2 syndie talker in Women 25-54 (1.6 rating).

· "LIVE" is up through the same 30 weeks last season by 7% in Women 25-54 to deliver its best performance through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago average includes the high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis into the weeks of Kelly as a solo host last season. In addition, "LIVE" retains 100% of its year-ago numbers in Women 18-34 and Women 18-49, matching its strongest numbers through this point in a season since 2007-08.
