"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is No. 2 in Homes and Viewers, Outperforming "Ellen"

"LIVE" Equals a 9-Week High in HHs and Grows its Overall Audience Week to Week

"LIVE" Grows Year Over Year For the 4th Straight Week in All Key Measures

Season to Date, "LIVE" Tops "Ellen" to Rank as the No. 2 Talker in HHs and Viewers

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the week of May 6, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show, leading "Ellen" by 4% in Households (2.6 rating vs. 2.5 rating) and by 3% in Total Viewers (3.306 million vs. 3.225 million). In fact, "LIVE" has finished as the week's No. 1 or No. 2 talker in Homes for 16 weeks in a row.

· "LIVE's New You in New York Makeover Week" was up over the prior week by 4% in Households (2.6 vs. 2.5) to match a 9-week high - since the week of 3/4/13. "LIVE" also grew its overall audience week to week (3.306 million vs. 3.270 million).

· For the 4th consecutive week, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" posted gains over the same week last year in Households (+13%), Total Viewers (+10%) and Women 25-54 (+8%).

On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is the No. 2 syndie talker in Households (2.6 rating) and Total Viewers (3.419 million), leading "Ellen" (2.5 rating and 3.348 million) in both Nielsen measures despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels.

· "LIVE" is up through the same 35 weeks last season by 9% in Women 18-49 and retains 100% of its year-ago numbers in Women 18-34 and Women 25-54 to match its best performance through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago average includes the high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis into the weeks of Kelly as a solo host last season.
