"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" Ranks as the No. 2 Syndicated Talk Show In Households in May, Leading "Ellen" for the 3rd Sweep in a Row

"LIVE" Scores its Best May Numbers in Homes and Viewers since 2009 and Grows by Double-Digits in Women 25-54 to its Strongest May Sweep in 6 Years

"LIVE" is the Only Top-Tier Syndie Talker to Grow Year to Year in all 3 Key Measures

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings With 3 days left to go in the 2013 May sweep, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranks as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.5 rating), moving up from the No. 5 position during the year-ago 2012 May sweep. In fact, "LIVE" will finish as the No. 2 syndie talker for the 3rd consecutive sweep (November '12, February '13 and May '13), outperforming "Ellen" in all three sweep periods.

· "LIVE" grew over the year-ago May sweep by 9% in Homes (2.5 vs. 2.3) and by 8% in Total Viewers (3.251 million vs. 3.015 million) to deliver its strongest May sweep in 4 years - since 2009. In addition, "LIVE" posted double-digit year-to-year growth among Women 25-54 (+15% - 1.5 vs. 1.3), marking its highest May number in 6 years - since 2007. In fact, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was the only top-tier talk show to improve over May '12 in all three Nielsen measures.
