Friday's Broadcast Ratings: NBC, ABC Repeats Split Demo Crown

Here are the highlights of the 12 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night:

NBC (4.611 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T1) and ABC (4.268 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T1) split the demo crown on Friday as the former offered up repeats of "Siberia" (2.611 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8) and "Dateline NBC" (5.612 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1).

The Alphabet then offered up its own rebroadcasts of "Shark Tank" (4.689 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2), "Primetime: What Would You Do?" (3.908 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T3) and "20/20" (4.208 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T3).

Next up was CBS (4.938 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.7, #3) and its repeat mix of "Undercover Boss" (4.362 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T5), "Blue Bloods" (4.760 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8) and another "Blue Bloods" (5.692 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T5).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.889 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #4) served up second runs of "Bones" (2.555 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.7, #7) and "The Following" (1.222 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #10).

And finally, a new "Cult" (0.714 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T11) and a second new "Cult" (0.459 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T11) on The CW (0.586 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) closed out the night. In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), "Cult" delivered a 0.3 rating at 8:00/7:00c and a 0.2 rating at 9:00/8:00c.

CBS (4.63 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T2) and NBC (3.21 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T2) then split the silver as the former offered up repeats of "Undercover Boss" (4.42 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #4), "CSI: NY" (4.51 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #5) and "Blue Bloods" (4.97 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.6, #6).

The Peacock then served up repeats of "Whitney" (2.13 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7) and "Community" (1.22 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #10) plus its two-hour edition of "Dateline NBC" (3.98 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.0, #3).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.98 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #4) offered up second runs of "House" (1.87 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7) and "Bones" (2.08 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7).

And finally, repeats of "Nikita" (0.97 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.3, #11) and "Supernatural" (0.89 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.3, #12) on The CW (0.93 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #5) closed out the night.

In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.5/6 with an encore telecast; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.1/5 with an encore; and ABC's combo of "Nightline," 3.2/7; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.5/4 with an encore.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.8/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.5/2 with an encore; "Nightline," 1.0/4; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2 with an encore.

At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.0/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2 with an encore).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
