"LIVE" Grows Over the Prior Week to its Strongest

Thursday's 4th of July Telecast Hits Multi-Month Highs in all Key Measures
"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings
Based on National ratings for the week of July 1, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 1 syndicated talk show in Households (2.5 rating), Total Viewers (3.340 million) and, for the 3rd straight week, Women 25-54 (1.5 rating).
· For the 2nd week in a row, "LIVE" grew week to week in Households (+4%) and Total Viewers (+7%) to deliver its best performance in 5 weeks - since the week of 5/27/13.
· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was up over the same week last year for the 3rd straight week in both Households (+9%) and Women 25-54 (+7%), while building its overall audience year-over-year for the 2nd consecutive week (+10%).
· On Thursday's 4th of July holiday, "LIVE" matched its best ratings for any telecast in Households (2.7 rating) since early May and in Women 25-54 (1.6 rating) since the end of April, while pulling in its biggest overall audience for a single telecast in 3 months - since 5/6/13, 4/29/13 and 4/1/13, respectively.
