For the complete 2012-13 TV season, ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" grew for the 4th consecutive year to deliver its most-watched season ever (2.287 million), surpassing its previous high by 32% in Total Viewers (1.737 million - 2011-12 season).

In its first season in its new time period (January-September), "Jimmy Kimmel Live" improved over its averages during the comparable weeks in 2012 by 41% in Total Viewers (2.424 million vs. 1.715 million) and by 32% in Adults 18-49 (847,000 vs. 643,000).

· Head-to-head at 11:35 p.m., ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" beat CBS' "The Late Show with David Letterman" by 8% among Adults 18-49 (847,000 vs. 782,000).

During the 3rd quarter of 2013, ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" scored its 3rd-biggest audience for any quarter (2.121 million). In fact, "JKL" attracted its four largest-ever audiences during each of the four quarters of the 2012-13 TV season (3Q13, 2Q13, 1Q13 and 4Q12).

Building over the year-ago 3rd quarter for the 4th year in a row in Total Viewers (+36%), "JKL" scored its most-watched 3Q ever. In fact, "JKL" grew its overall audience year over year for the 14th consecutive quarter. "JKL" was also up over 3Q12 by 26% in Adults 18-49 (712,000 vs. 563,000) to post its strongest 3Q in 7 years - since 3Q06.

· ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" finished as the quarter's No. 2 broadcast talk show in late-night in Adults 18-49, topping CBS' "The Late Show with David Letterman" by 3% (712,000 vs. 692,000). In fact, "JKL" outperformed "Letterman" in Adults 18-49 for the third quarter in a row.
