"THE BIG BANG THEORY" POSTS ITS LARGEST EVER LIVE +3-DAY LIFT IN VIEWERS AND ADULTS 25-54 AND MATCHES BEST ADULTS 18-49 LIFT

"Elementary" Posts Best Ever Live +3-Day Adult 18-49 Lift

Both Series Add More Than +4 Million Viewers

THE BIG BANG THEORY and ELEMENTARY both posted series-high live +3-day DVR playback gains while adding more than +4 million viewers, according to Nielsen live +3-day ratings for Thursday, Oct.3.

THE BIG BANG THEORY added +4.39m viewers (22.61m from 18.22m), +2.2 rating points in adults 25-54 (9.0 from 6.8), +1.9 rating points in adults 18-49 (7.1 from 5.2) from its live plus same day averages. This marks the series largest 3-day lift ever in viewers and adults 25-54 and matched its best lift ever in adults 18-49.

ELEMENTARY added +4.01m viewers (13.39m from 9.38m), +1.6 rating points in adults 25-54 (4.4 from 2.8) and +1.3 rating points in adults 18-49 (3.3 from 2.0). ELEMENTARY posted its best live + 3-day lift in adults 18-49, matched its series-best in adults 25-54 lift and posted its second-best viewers lift (behind last week). ELEMENTARY moved from trailing "Scandal" by -1.14m viewers in live plus same day to a +40,000 advantage in live +3-day ratings.
