Live + 3 Day Ratings: ABC's "S.H.I.E.L.D." Grows to a 4.4 in Live + 3, Emerging as Tuesday's Definitive #1 TV Show in Adults 18-49
Live + 3 Day Ratings for Tuesday, 10/8/13:
Based on Live + 3 Day data, ABC's third episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. continued to deliver big increases via early TV playback. The new ABC drama spiked 52% to a 4.4 Adult 18-49 rating (vs. a 2.9 rating in L+SD), up from a 48% increase for its second telecast. Additionally, the third episode of the show added 3.1 million viewers in L+3 for an average of 11.0 million (vs. 7.9 million viewers in L+SD). With just 3 days of playback, S.H.I.E.L.D. emerged as Tuesday's definitive #1 TV show in Adults 18-49 (4.4 rating), moving past NBC's The Voice (3.3 rating) and leading runner-up CBS' NCIS by 22% (3.6 rating). Initially in the Live + Same Day Ratings, The Voice ranked as the top-rated show of the night.
