"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" (w/o 10/14/13)

During the week of October 14, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.7 rating) and Total Viewers (3.497 million), beating "Ellen" (2.5 rating and 3.373 million) in both Nielsen measures for the 3rd week in a row, despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels.

· For the 6th consecutive week, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" held even at a 2.7 rating in Homes, matching a 34-week high - since w/o 2/18/13.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over the year-ago week (10/15/12) for the 6th straight week in Homes (+4%) and Total Viewers (+4%).

· Marking season highs, Monday's telecast of "LIVE" (on 10/14/13) was the show's strongest telecast in Households (3.0 rating) and Total Viewers (3.924 million) since its "After Oscar(R) Show" nearly 8 months ago in February - since 2/25/13.
