"SNL Halloween" Is Currently Reporting NBC's Highest Non-Sports Rating in Its Time Period Since May 16
NBC spins the numbers for Thursday, October 31.

Thursday Results (NBC carried Bengals-Dolphins NFL football in Cincinnati):

· From 8-9:01 p.m. ET, "SNL Halloween" (1.7/6 in 18-49, 5.5 million viewers overall) is currently reporting NBC's highest non-sports rating in the time period since May 16, the night of the "Office" finale and delivering the net's top total-viewer result in the hour since the "Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular," pending updates.

· "Sean Saves the World" (1.2/4 at 9:01) is currently at a three-week high in 18-49 and total viewers, delivering its second-highest results to date, pending updates, best since the series premiere on Oct. 3 averaged a 1.4 in 18-49 and 4.4 million viewers overall.

· In total viewers, "Sean" is up for a third straight week to 4.1 million persons, pending updates, up from 4.0 million last week, 3.4 million on Oct. 10 and 3.3 million on Oct. 3.

· L+3: Last week's "Sean Saves the World" added 29% or 0.32 of a rating point to its next-day L+SD 18-49 rating (to a 1.42 from a 1.36) and 25% or 737,000 persons in total viewers (4.696 million vs. 3.959 million), generating bigger gains and bigger results than during the prior week. L+7: In week 2, the premiere of "Sean Saves the World" added 24% or 0.35 rating points to its L+SD 18-49 rating (1.78 vs. 1.43) and in total viewers, added 22% or 994,000 persons (5.422 million vs. 4.428 million).

· "The Michael J. Fox Show" (1.1/3 in 18-49, 3.6 million viewers at 9:30) is currently retaining 92% of its 18-49 lead-in from "Sean," pending updates, and is also running within a tenth of a rating points of last week's rating despite last night's Halloween distractions. So far this season, "Michael J. Fox" is delivering the biggest average build on its regular 18-49 lead-in (+8%, 1.3 vs. 1.2 L+SD) of any 9:30 comedy on the Big 4 networks this season. L+3: Last week's "Michael J. Fox Show" added 34% or 0.41 of a rating point to its next-day L+SD 18-49 rating (to a 1.62 from a 1.21) and 24% or 929,000 persons in total viewers (4.685 vs. 3.764 million). L+7: In week 2, "Michael J. Fox" added 44% or 0.77 rating points to its L+SD 18-49 rating (2.51 vs. 1.74) and in total viewers, added 37% or 1.981 million persons (7.334 million vs. 5.353 million).

· "Parenthood" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 4.0 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m.) is currently matching its 18-49 rating of the prior two weeks and is at a four-week high (best since Oct. 3), pending updates. In total viewers, "Parenthood" is up 1% week to week (3.966 million vs. 3.946 million). Despite the 10 p.m. hour, "Parenthood" maintained its 18-49 rating from its first half-hour to its second and grew 7% in adults 25-54 (to a 1.6 rating from a 1.5) and 2% in total viewers (4.0 million vs. 3.9 million), pending updates.

· L+3: Last week's "Parenthood" added 52% or 0.69 of a rating point to its next-day L+SD 18-49 rating (to a 2.02 from a 1.33) and 43% or 1.704 million persons in total viewers (5.650 million vs. 3.946 million). L+7: In week 2, "Parenthood" added 69% or 1.07 rating points to its L+SD 18-49 rating (2.61 vs. 1.54) and in total viewers, added 60% or 2.519 million persons (6.744 million vs. 4.225 million).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.8/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.5/7; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.6/7.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.8/4; "Late Show," 0.6/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.1/6.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.5/5 in metered-market households and a 0.6/4 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.3/5 in metered-market households) tied CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/5). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
