Based on non-sports programming (to account for the inflated averages from sports coverage), ABC is No. 1 season to date in Adults 18-49 (2.6 rating-tied w/CBS), leading NBC by 4% (2.5 rating) and Fox by 18% (2.2 rating). The Net also holds the No. 1 non-sports position with Adults 18-34 (tie) and across all key Women: W18-34, W18-49 and W25-54.

· Places 1st or 2nd on 4 of 7 Nights this Season in Adults 18-49: ABC ranks 1st or 2nd on 4 of 7 nights during the week this season: Wednesday - No. 1, Thursday - No. 2, Friday - No. 2 and Saturday - No. 1.

· Growing Returning Programs and Shows Improving Time Periods: In Adults 18-49, ABC's "Castle" (+7%), "Scandal" (+57% - TV's fastest growing returning show) and "Shark Tank" (+14%) are each up over their performance at the same point last season. In addition, ABC freshmen "S.H.I.E.L.D." (+90%) and "The Goldbergs" (+13%) are improving their respective time periods.

· No. 1 on Wednesday in Adults 18-49 for the 3rd Consecutive Fall: ABC is the No. 1 network on Wednesday for the 3rd straight Fall. In addition, ABC's "Modern Family" has finished as the night's No. 1 TV series on each week with a first-run airing.

· Up on Friday in Viewers for the 3rd Straight Fall to a 6-Year High: Building for the 3rd straight year on Friday in Total Viewers (+5%), ABC is delivering its most-watched Friday in 6 years - since 2007-08. In addition, ABC's "Shark Tank" has delivered TV's Top 6 Friday telecasts this season on any net in Adults 18-49.

· Home to the Top Broadcast Programs for "Family Co-viewing:" ABC is home to 7 of the Top 10 programs on the major networks this season in Family Co-viewing (percentage of Adults 18-49 watching with Teens 12-17 and/or Kids 2-11 present), including the No. 1 show overall with "AFHV" and the Top 2 dramas with "Wonderland" and "Once Upon a Time:" "America's Funniest Home Videos" (25%) - No. 1, "The Middle" (15%) and "Back in the Game" (15%) tie at No. 5, while "The Goldbergs" (14%), "DWTS" (14%), "Once Upon a Time" (14%) and "Wonderland" (14%) tie at No. 10.

· Series Among Most Popularly Recorded and Played Back: On average during primetime, ABC's numbers for original programming jump from the first-reported Live + Same Day averages to the finalized Live + 7 Day ratings by 24% in Total Viewers (7.4 million to 9.2 million) and by 35% in Adults 18-49 (2.0/6 to 2.7/8), making it the biggest percentage gainer among the major nets with young adults (tied w/CBS). The Net's series remain among the most popularly recorded and played back TV shows again this season, as it delivers 5 of the Top 10 biggest broadcast gainers in Total Viewers (the most for any net). With a continued rise in DVR penetration year to year (46% to 48%), a total of 8 ABC series add 2.5 million viewers or more from their initially reported totals via time-shifted viewing: "Castle" (+4.3 million), "Modern Family" (+4.1 million), "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." (+4.0 million), "Grey's" (+4.0 million), "Scandal" (+3.9 million), "Nashville" (+3.0 million), "Revenge" (+2.7 million) and "Once Upon a Time" (+2.5 million). Among Adults 18-49, 8 of ABC's series register substantial ratings increases of at least 1.0 rating point: "S.H.I.E.L.D." (+1.9 rating), "Modern Family" (+1.9 rating), "Grey's" (+1.9 rating), "Scandal" (+1.5 rating), "Nashville" (+1.2 rating), "Once Upon a Time" (+1.2 rating), "Castle" (+1.2 rating) and "Revenge" (+1.0 rating).
