Monday's Post-Oscars(R) Show is "LIVE's" Strongest Single Telecast in Nearly 7 Years In Homes, Excluding Only the Final Broadcast of "LIVE with Regis and Kelly"

During the week of March 3, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (3.3 rating) and Total Viewers (4.341 million), beating "Ellen" (3.0 rating and 4.188 million). In fact, "LIVE" has outperformed "Ellen" in Homes for the 11th week in a row, despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels.

On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (3.0 rating) and Total Viewers (3.948 million), topping "Ellen" (2.8 rating and 3.918 million) in both Nielsen measures.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew for the 2nd consecutive week in Households (+10% - 3.3 rating vs. 3.0 rating) and was also up week to week in Total Viewers (+13% - 4.341 million vs. 3.836 million) and Women 25-54 (+21% - 1.7 rating vs. 1.4 rating) to earn 4-week highs on all 3 Nielsen measures - since w/o 2/3/14.

· Posting enormous double-digit gains over the year-ago week (w/o 3/4/13), "LIVE" was up year to year for the 11th straight week in Households (+22%) and for the 17th consecutive week in Total Viewers (+22%).

· On Monday (3/3/14), the 3rd annual post-Oscars(R) broadcast of "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" earned an impressive 4.4 rating in Households, topping "Ellen's Live Oscar Show" (4.3 rating). Excluding only the final telecast of "LIVE with Regis and Kelly" (on 11/18/11), "LIVE's After Oscars(R) Show" marked the show's strongest single-day telecast in nearly 7 years in HHs (4.4 rating) and Women 25-54 (2.5 rating) and drew the show's largest audience (5.954 million) for any single day in more than 9 years - since Thursday, 4/26/07 and Monday, 2/21/05, respectively.
