Up for the 2nd Straight Week, "Millionaire" Equals Its 2nd-Highest Rating This Season

Up for the 2nd Straight Week, "Millionaire" Builds to its Best Numbers in 1 Month

"Millionaire" with Cedric "The Entertainer" Equals its 2nd-Highest Rating This Season

"Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"

Based on National ratings for the week of March 3, 2014, "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" with Cedric "The Entertainer" grew for the 2nd consecutive week in Households (+4% - 2.4 rating vs. 2.3 rating) and Total Viewers (+3% - 3.220 million vs. 3.119 million) to earn 1-month highs on both measures - since w/o 2/3/14. The show also was up 11% week to week with Women 25-54 (1.0 rating vs. 0.9 rating).

· "Millionaire" equaled its 2nd-highest rating this season in Households.
