"LIVE" is the Only Top-Tier Talk Show to Grow Week to Week in Women 25-54

"LIVE" is Up Year to Year for the 20th Week Running In Homes and the 26th Straight Week in Total Viewers

"LIVE" Posts its Strongest 36-Week Average in Homes and Women 25-54 in 6 Years

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" During the week of May 5, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show of the week in Households (2.7 rating) and Total Viewers (3.520 million), topping "Ellen" (2.6 rating and 3.508 million) despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels. In fact, "LIVE" beat "Ellen" for the 9th time in the last 10 weeks in both Nielsen measures.

On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (2.9 rating) and Total Viewers (3.883 million), leading "Ellen" (2.8 rating and 3.802 million) in both Nielsen measures.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" held steady week to week in Households (2.7 rating) and was up by 8% in Women 25-54 (1.4 rating vs. 1.3 rating). In fact, "LIVE" was the only top-tier syndicated talk show to grow over the prior week in the key Women demo.

· "LIVE" posted gains over the year-ago week for the 20th straight week in Households (+4%) and for the 26th consecutive week in Total Viewers (+6%).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is generating its biggest overall audience 36 weeks into a TV season in 7 years and is posting its strongest 36-week average in Households and Women 25-54 in 6 years - since the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons, respectively. Up over the comparable weeks last season in Households (+12% - 2.9 rating vs. 2.6 rating), Total Viewers (+13% - 3.868 million vs. 3.424 million) and (+7% - 1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating), the year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the high-rated first weeks of Kelly and Michael as a new team.
