Discovery Channel Ranks as #1 Cable Network on Tuesday Night with Strong Ratings on THE BAIT and SIBERIAN CUT

(Los Angeles, Calif.) Tuesday's episode of DEADLIEST CATCH was #1 cable program on Tuesday among Persons 2+, Persons and Men 25-54 and Men 18-49 delivery (no exclusions). This marks the eighth week in a row that Deadliest Catch was #1 among P/M25-54 delivery.* The 8 PM premiere of the DEADLIEST CATCH pre-show THE BAIT also pulled in top ratings as the #2 cable program, behind only DEADLIEST CATCH (no exclusions) which ranked #1.

Additionally, Discovery Channel was the #1 cable network on Tuesday night in Men 25-54 and 18-49, out delivering CBS and FOX.

DEADLIEST CATCH at 9 PM earned a 2.23 HH / 1.95 P25-54 / 2.58 M25-54 / 1.33 P18-49 / 1.68 M18-49 AA% and delivered 3.069 million total viewers P2+. Finishing as the #2 program in ALL OF TELEVISION* among Men 25-54/18-49, it beat ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live; CBS' Person of Interest, NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles; NBC's Night Shift; FOX' Riot and I Wanna Marry Harry.

SIBERIAN CUT at 10 PM earned a 0.96 HH / 0.74 P25-54 / 1.00 M25-54 / 0.50 P18-49 / 0.63 M18-49 AA% and delivered 1.151 million total viewers P2+. Currently in its second week on Discovery, SIBERIAN CUT continues to pull in viewers and beat CBS' Person of Interest and every Tuesday program on FOX. SIBERIAN CUT follows American logger Sean Vann as he puts everything on the line for the opportunity of a lifetime in deepest Siberia.

All new episodes of DEADLIEST CATCH and SIBERIAN CUT will premiere Tuesday, June 17 beginning at 9PM.
