ABC Attracts Its Biggest Adult 18-49 Audience in Late-Night This Season to Date

During the week of 6/9/14, ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live grew for the 2nd straight week in Adults 18-49 (+3%) to its best performance since mid-November (since w/o 11/18/13), despite airing three repeat telecasts during the week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

· For the 2nd week running, ABC's Kimmel ranked as the week's #2 talk show in late-night on broadcast and cable among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49.

ABC Late-Night (Monday - Friday)

With its late-night lineup of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" at 11:35 p.m. and "Nightline" at 12:35 a.m. during the week of June 9, 2014, ABC was up for the 2nd consecutive week in Adults 18-49 (+5% - 897,000 vs. 852,000) to deliver its largest young adult audience this season.

· ABC dominated CBS in late-night by its largest margins ever in both Total Viewers (+34% - 2.312 million vs. 1.727 million) and Adults 18-49 (+96% - 897,000 vs. 457,000).

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" (M-F 11:35 p.m.)

During the week of 6/9/14, ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" grew for the 2nd straight week in Adults 18-49 (+3% - 1.003 million vs. 977,000) to its best performance since mid-November (since w/o 11/18/13), despite airing three repeat telecasts during the week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

· For the 2nd week running, ABC's "Kimmel" ranked as the week's No. 2 talk show in late-night on broadcast and cable among Total Viewers (2.612 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.003 million).

"Nightline" (M-F 12:35 a.m.)

For the 4th week in a row, ABC News' "Nightline" ranked No. 1 for the week in Total Viewers (1.685 million) for the week of June 9, 2014 versus NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" and CBS' "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson." "Nightline" has ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers in 9 of the last 11 weeks versus its NBC and CBS competition.

"Nightline" outdelivered CBS' "The Late Late Show" by its largest margins ever in Total Viewers (+503,000), Adults 25-54 (+300,000) and Adults 18-49 (+306,000).

"Nightline" improved in Adults 18-49 (677,000) by double-digits both week to week (+12% - 607,000 on w/o 6/2/14) and year to year (+11% - 609,000 on w/o 6/10/13). In fact, "Nightline" attracted its largest Adult 18-49 audience in nearly 1 year (since w/o 6/17/13) and 2nd-largest-ever since moving into its new time slot (January 2013).

"Nightline" claimed the No. 1 telecast of the week in its time slot in Total Viewers (1.890 million on Tuesday, 6/10/14) and Adults 18-49 (858,000 on Thursday, 6/12/14), outdrawing all telecasts of the week of both NBC's "Seth Meyers" and CBS' "Craig Ferguson."
