"Pretty Little Liars":

At 8 o'clock, "Pretty Little Liars" ranked as Tuesday's #1 cable TV telecast in the hour for the 99th-consecutive telecast in Females 12-34 (1.2 million/2.6 rating) - every telecast since its June 2010 series launch - 51st in Adults 18-34 (935,000/1.4 rating), 58th in Women 18-34 (788,000/2.3 rating), 54th in Women 18-49 (974,000/1.5 rating) and 62nd in Viewers 12-34 (1.4 million/1.5 rating). Further, "Pretty Little Liars" stood as Twitter TV's #1 series telecast with a unique audience of 2.605 million.

· "Pretty Little Liars" stood as Tuesday's #1 Prime TV telecast in Women 18-34 and Females 12-34, and was cable TV's #1 Prime telecast in Adults 18-34, Women 18-49 and Viewers 12-34.

· Based on season-to-date L+3 ratings, "Pretty Little Liars" spikes to 3.4 million Total Viewers, 1.5 million Adults 18-34, 1.9 million Adults 18-49 and to 2.3 million Viewers 12-34.

"Chasing Life"

At 9 o'clock, "Chasing Life" grew by double digits week to week, hitting a near-series high in Adults 18-34 (475,000/0.7 rating) and delivering its #2 telecast to date in Women 18-34 (403,000/1.2 rating), Adults 18-49 (641,000/0.5 rating), Women 18-49 (534,000/0.8 rating), Viewers 12-34 (691,000/0.7 rating) and Females 12-34 (601,000/1.3 rating).

· "Chasing Life" qualified as cable TV's #1 telecast in the hour for the 2nd-consecutive week in Females 12-34 and was also #1 in Women 18-34.

· Week to week, "Chasing Life" posted double-digit gains among target demos: +23% in Adults 18-34 (475,000 vs. 385,000), +18% in Women 18-34 (403,000 vs. 341,000), +16% in Viewers 12-34 (691,000 vs. 597,000) and +10% in Females 12-34 (601,000 vs. 548,000).

· Based on season-to-date L+3 ratings, "Chasing Life" climbs to 1.7 million Total Viewers, 906,000 Adults 18-49 and to 961,000 Viewers 12-34.
