During the week of December 8, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households, beating "Ellen" for the 13th straight week in Households (3.1 rating vs. 3.0 rating) despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels. "LIVE" ranked as the week's No. 1 syndie talk show for the 3rd consecutive week in Women 25-54 (1.6 rating), tied with "Dr. Phil" and "Ellen."

· "LIVE's Holiday Hits Week" held steady with the prior week in Homes (3.1 rating) and Women 25-54 (1.6 rating), matching its 2nd-best performance so far this season.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is up for the 2nd consecutive year to deliver its strongest 15-week average in 7 years in Homes (+4% - 2.9 rating vs. 2.8 rating) and in 8 years in Total Viewers (+6% - 3.910 million vs. 3.675 million) - since the 2007-08 and 2006-07 seasons, respectively.

· On average for the 2014-15 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households, Total Viewers and Women 25-54 (tie).
