VELOCITY ENDS 2014 IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT WITH DOUBLE-DIGIT INCREASES AMONG TARGET DEMOS

(Silver Spring, Md.) - Velocity, one of cable's fastest growing brands for men, earned double-digit ratings growth in primetime among key demos in 2014. The network rose an exceptional +33% in Men 18-34, +38% in Persons 18-34, +18% in Men 25-54 and +25% in Persons 25-54 in primetime delivery vs. 2013. Primetime ratings on the network also rose by double-digits vs. 2013 among key demos including Men 18-34 +29%, Persons 18-34 +20% and Persons 25-54 +18%. Velocity's double-digit growth was driven throughout the year by the success of the freshman series BITCHIN' RIDES, which became the highest delivering series in the network's history, and by returning programming including FANTOMWORKS, WHEELER DEALERS and OVERHAULIN'.

Velocity's Total Day ratings and delivery growth in 2014 and 4Q14 were also impressive with significant double-digit ratings gains among Persons and Men 25-54, Men 18-49, Persons and Men 18-34, Men 18+ and Persons 2+.

In 4Q14, among networks with fewer than 70 million households, Velocity was the #1 network for Men 25-54 in Primetime. Also in 4Q14, Velocity earned its highest-delivering quarter in network history for Households, Men 25-54, Men 18+ and Total Viewers P2+ in Primetime.
