During the week of January 12, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (3.2 rating) and Total Viewers (4.167 million), beating "Ellen" (2.9 rating and 4.030 million) for the 4th week in a row on both Nielsen measures. "LIVE" tied "Ellen" as the week's No. 2 syndie talk show among Women 25-54 (1.5 rating).

· Retaining nearly all of the prior week's season-high numbers in Homes (3.2 rating vs. 3.3 rating), "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" matched its 3rd-best performance so far this season.

· For the 2nd straight week, "LIVE" scored at least a 3.0 rating in Households on all 5 telecasts of the week: Monday - 3.3 rating, Tuesday - 3.2 rating, Wednesday - 3.1 rating, Thursday - 3.3 rating, Friday - 3.0 rating.

· "LIVE" was up over the year-ago week (w/o 1/13/14) by 7% in Households (3.2 rating vs. 3.0 rating) and by 7% in Total Viewers (4.167 million vs. 3.881 million).

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is up for the 2nd consecutive year to deliver its strongest 20-week average in 7 years in Homes (+3% - 3.0 rating vs. 2.9 rating) and in 8 years in Total Viewers (+5% - 3.999 million vs. 3.800 million) - since the 2007-08 and 2006-07 seasons, respectively.

· On average for the 2014-15 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households, Total Viewers and Women 25-54 (tie).
