· NBC's Super Bowl XLIX overnight topped a 50 rating in each half hour from 8pm ET forward and peaked at a 52.9/73 from 10-10:15 p.m. ET.

The Blacklist
· NBC's special 10:38-11:38 p.m. ET post-Super Bowl telecast of "The Blacklist" averaged a 13.5 rating, 24 share in metered-market households from 10:45-11:45, making it the top-rated post-Super Bowl entertainment telecast in three years.
· It's a record rating for "The Blacklist."
· The 13.5 makes it the top primetime entertainment telecast since the Oscars (27.7/42 on March 2, 2014) in metered-market households.
· "The Blacklist" is up +9% versus the year-ago post-Super Bowl edition of "The New Girl" on Fox (12.4/21 in metered-market households on Feb. 2, 2014).
· Versus two years ago, "The Blacklist" is up +13%, with its 13.5 rating topping a 12.0 for CBS's "Elementary" on Feb. 3, 2013.
· The last post-Super Bowl entertainment telecast to rate higher was NBC's Feb. 5, 2012 edition of "The Voice," which scored a 20.0/30.

· The 12:13-1:16 a.m. ET post-Super Bowl edition of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" earned a 6.2 rating, 16 share in metered-market households from 12:15-1:15 a.m., making this the #2 Fallon-hosted "Tonight" show ever in metered-market households, behind only the show's debut on Feb. 17, 2014 with an Olympics lead-in (7.1).
· It's the highest-rated late-night show airing on a Super Bowl Sunday since 1998, when "Tonight" averaged a 7.3 in metered-market households. Fallon topped the six late-night franchises that have aired post-Super Bowl editions since then.
· Fallon doubled the prior late-night post-Super Bowl telecast (6.2 vs. 3.1 for "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" on Feb. 3, 2013).
· Versus his own prior post-Super Bowl "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" in 2012, last night's "Tonight Show" was up +48% (6.2 vs. 4.2 on Feb. 5, 2012).
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Tonight" averaged a 3.6 in adults 18-49, setting a new record for "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."
